My neighbor is driving me nuts!

He’s one of those idiots that just has to irritate. He knows that my dogs go crazy every time he’s outside & whistles so what does he do….he comes down the street without making a noise & then has pucker up and whistle when he gets in front of my house. Then he laughs like it’s funny because I have to get my dogs quieted down.

I’m sure this would be the same moron that will want to sue me if my dogs ever get loose & chase him down for teasing them.

I’m thinking it would be cheaper to just Super Glue his freakin lips shut. Hell, he’s in a motorized scooter chair, he won’t be hard to chase down.
