What ever happened to people driving up to a house, getting out of their car, & knocking on a door to let people know they are there to pick them up?

We have a neighbor that gets a ride to work almost everyday. Each day I can hear the SUV pull into the neighbors drive…then they start honking the horn.

I’m not sure who I should get pissed at, the morons in the house that haven’t figured out what time their ride will be there or the idiot picking them up that has no concern for waking up the neighborhood with their damned horn blowing.

I have no idea where the people in the SUV live but, I do know the sleeping habits of the people across the street. I’m thinking a few air horn blast outside of their bedroom window at 3am might just give them a hint that I’m annoyed. Sure I might get a fine for noise because it’s only ok to be obnoxious between 6am & 9pm but, it would be worth it to know they just shit themselves & it ruined their nights sleep.

I’m sure both people are employees I would want…One can’t tell time & the other one can’t get off their lazy ass.
